This only fuels his hatred for humanity, especially his creator, Dr. Frankenstein. He wants Victor to feel the same pain and desperation he has been exposed to, so he seeks revenge. He knows he has the power to make Victor feel the same hopelessness he has felt, so he kills Victor’s loved ones.
